The Museum and Gardens is owned and managed by Harlow Council and we want to continue to protect this important heritage site for enjoyment now and in the future. We will sometimes need to share information with other departments within the Council. For example we may need to share visitor information to ensure the safety of the public, or to assist with the oversight and management of the facility.
How long we keep your personal information
As a matter of principal, all personal information will be held securely and will only be retained electronically for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. Where it is no longer necessary to hold your information, it will be securely destroyed.
